Project Management Hub: Contributor management
Contributors are the people who take part in one or more projects. To manage contributors, you can: - create a contributor.
- modify a contributor (to grant him administrator rights for example)
- deleting a contributor.
These operations can only be performed by an administrator (default username and password is "ADMIN"). The contributors are managed from the list of contributors, displayed via "Management .. Manage the contributors". To handle the contributors, expand and select "Contributors". Adding a contributor To add a contributor: - Expand and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
- Click the "New contributor" button.
- Specify the requested information in the window for contributor creation:
The main information is as follows:
- Login and password: allows contributors to identify themselves when launching the Control Center.
- This contributor has "Administrator" rights: allows you to grant administrator rights to a contributor. Only an administrator can access this option. This option is grayed for the other users.
- type of contributor: permanent, mobile or from an external company.
- Validate.
Remark: When a new user is identified in the WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile login window, this new user can be added automatically. Modifying a contributor To modify a contributor: - Expand and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
- Select the contributor to modify.
- Click the "Display the contributor" button.
- Modify the requested information.
- Validate.
Remark: Only an administrator or the contributor himself can modify his file. Deleting a contributor To delete a contributor: - Expand and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
- Select the contributor to delete.
- Click the "Delete the contributor" button.
Note: Only an administrator can delete a speaker.
