Deletes an image drawn on the map displayed in a Map control.

Syntax

Deleting an image identified by the associated variable Hide the details

<Result> = MapDeleteImage(<Map control> [, <Image>])
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the image was deleted,
  • False otherwise. To get more details on the error, use ErrorInfo.
<Map control>: Control name
Name of the Map control to be used. If this parameter corresponds to an empty string (""), the Map control to which the current event belongs will be used.
<Image>: Optional MapImage variable
Name of the MapImage variable that corresponds to the image to be deleted. If this parameter is not specified, all the images on the map will be deleted.
