The following functions are used to manage speech recognition:
SpeechRecognitionAddCommandAdds a voice command into the current window.
SpeechRecognitionDeleteCommandDeletes a voice command previously added with SpeechRecognitionAddCommand.
SpeechRecognitionTriggerTriggers the device's speech recognition service.
iPhone/iPad These functions can be used from iOS 10.
WINDEVWindows Remark: For backward compatibility with the earlier versions, the following functions are also available:
AddVoiceCommandAdds a voice command into the current window. From version 17, this function is replaced with SpeechRecognitionAddCommand.
DeleteVoiceCommandDeletes a voice command that was added by AddVoiceCommand. From version 17, this function is replaced by SpeechRecognitionDeleteCommand.

The voice commands of Windows Vista (or Windows XP, with a specific software) are used to control WINDEV applications with the voice.
A WINDEV application already responds to the voice when the user dictates in an edit control or spells out the caption of a button.
You also have the ability to program a specific voice command to perform a specific action.
