Makes it possible to know and modify the border of the selected cells in a Spreadsheet control found in a window.
Example
// Defines the border to draw
xBorder is Border
xBorder.Thickness = 2
xBorder.Color = Black
 
// Selects the cells to frame
SpreadsheetSelectPlus(PSHEET_Spreadsheet, "A3", "B12")
// Traces the border of the group of cells

Syntax

Modifying the characteristics of the borders Hide the details

SpreadsheetBorderSelection(<Spreadsheet control> , <Border> [, <Selection>])
<Spreadsheet control>: Control name
Name of the Spreadsheet control used.
<Border>: Border variable
Name of the Border variable containing the characteristics of the border to be used.
<Selection>: Optional boolean
  • True if the border must be applied to each selected cell,
  • False (default value) if the border must be applied to all selected cells.

<Border> = SpreadsheetBorderSelection(<Spreadsheet control>)
<Border>: Border variable
Name of the Border variable containing the characteristics of the border.
<Spreadsheet control>: Control name
Name of the Spreadsheet control used.
Remarks
  • The modify operation is added into the list of operations to cancel: the user can cancel this operation via the context menu or via Ctrl + Z.
  • This function can only be used on a Spreadsheet control found in a window.
