..BackgroundImagePrinted is used to:
  • Find out whether the background image of a report (form report or not) must be printed.
  • Print (or not) the background image of a report.
Note: This property is saved by page: this allows you to specify a different setting for each printed page.

MyReport..BackgroundImagePrinted = True
Syntax

Find out whether the background image of a report (form report or not) must be printed Hide the details

<Result> = <Report name>..BackgroundImagePrinted
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the background image must be printed,
  • False otherwise.
<Report name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of report to use.

Print (or not) the background image of a report Hide the details

<Report name>..BackgroundImagePrinted = <Image Print>
<Report name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of object to use.
<Image Print>: Boolean
  • True if the background image must be printed,
  • False if the background image must not be printed.
The new setting will be taken into account from the next page break.
Remarks
  • ..BackgroundImagePrinted is saved by page: this allows you to specify a different setting for each printed page.
  • If the setting is modified by ..BackgroundImagePrinted, the new setting will be taken into account from the next page break.
  • This property is available for all types of reports.
  • This property affects the background image of form reports or the one specified by 2510056.
  • The management of margins specified in the "Background" tab of the report description ("Ignore the physical margins of the printer") is taken into account.
