Overview
The HFSQL Control Center is used to manage the HFSQL Client/Server servers and the HFSQL Client/Server databases.
From the Control Center, you can:
Connect to an HFSQL server
To connect to an HFSQL server, you can:
  • specify a new connection.
  • use a recent connection.
To specify a new connection:
  1. Start the HFSQL Control Center.
  2. In the home screen, click "Connect to an HFSQL server".
  3. Specify:
    Connection to a server
    • the name or IP address of server,
    • the port,
    • the database name (optional),
    • the user and the password.
  4. Validate. The HFSQL server appears in the HFSQL Control Center. The server name and the different HFSQL Client/Server databases are listed in the left section of the screen.
To use a recent connection:
  1. Start the HFSQL Control Center.
  2. In the home screen, click "Connect to an HFSQL server".
  3. Select the desired connection (in "Recent connections") and validate. The HFSQL server appears in the HFSQL Control Center. The server name and the different HFSQL Client/Server databases are listed in the left section of the screen.
Remark: To change the current connection in the HFSQL Control Center:
  1. Click Menu option.
  2. In the menu, click "Connect to an HFSQL server".
  3. The home window is displayed. Connect to the desired server.
