Syntax
<Result> = MakeInteger(<High Byte> , <Low Byte>)
<Result>: Integer
Integer value (4 bytes) built from the concatenation of <High Byte> and <Low Byte>.
<High Byte>: 2-byte integer
Value that will define the 2 high bytes of <Result>.
<Low Byte>: 2-byte integer
Value that will define the 2 low bytes of <Result>.
