Syntax
<Result> = LanguageToCharset(<Language> [, <Sub-language>])
<Result>: Integer constant
Constant identifying the character set of the specified language. See Correspondence between languages, sub-languages, character sets and nations for more details.
<Language>: Integer constant
Language whose character set is requested. See Correspondence between languages, sub-languages, character sets and nations for more details.
<Sub-language>: Optional integer
Number of the sub-language whose character set is requested. See Correspondence between languages, sub-languages, character sets and nations for more details.
If this parameter is not specified, the standard character set of the specified <Language> is returned.
