Returns or modifies the sequence of text items in the xBase files.

Remark: From version 19, HFSQL is the new name of HyperFileSQL.

Syntax

Modifying the order sequence Hide the details

<Result> = HDBSortType(<Type of sort>)

<Result>: Constant

Type of sort order used before changing the order:
hDBASCII Sort according to ASCII order.
hDBLexicographic Lexicographic sort.

<Type of sort>: Constant

Type of sort to use:
hDBASCII
(Default value) Sort according to ASCII order.
hDBLexicographic Lexicographic sort.
