grGridlines(CHART_MyChart, True, grXCoordinate)
Syntax
grGridlines(<Chart name> , <Displays> , <Axis direction>)
<Chart name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of chart to use. This name corresponds to:
  • the chart name defined by programming with grCreate.

PHP Only the interactive Chart controls are available.
<Displays>: Boolean

  • False otherwise.
<Axis direction>: Integer constant (or combination of constants)

grYCoordinateMarks on Y axis (vertical axis).

The combination of these two constants is used to get a full gridlines (vertical and horizontal).
Remarks
  • The gridlines are taken into account:
    • in the column charts (grColumn and grColumnStacked constants), scatter charts (grScatter constant), line charts (grCurve constant) and stock charts (grCandleStick, grBarCharts and grMinMax constants) when <Axis Direction> corresponds to the grXCoordinate constant.
    • in the scatter charts (grScatter constant), line charts (grCurve constant) and stock charts (grCandleStick and grBarCharts constants) when <Axis Direction> corresponds to the grYCoordinate constant.
  • The gridlines have no effect on the pie charts (grPie constant) and on the funnel charts (grFunnel constant).
  • The data defined by grGridlines will be taken into account during the next call to grDraw.
