dVerticalSymmetry (Function) In french: dSymétrieVerticale Flips an image with respect to a vertical axis (symmetry with respect to a vertical axis). The image can correspond to: - an Image control,
- a variable of type Image.
- a variable of type WDPic (on the background layer),
- a variable of type picLayer.
// Vertical symmetry of the IMG_Image1 control MyResult is boolean MyResult = dVerticalSymmetry(IMG_Image1) IF MyResult = False THEN Error("The operation failed")
Syntax
<Result> = dVerticalSymmetry(<Image>)
<Result>: Boolean - True if the symmetry was performed,
- False otherwise.
<Image>: Name of the Image control, Image, WDPic or picLayer variable Image to use. The image can correspond to: - the name of an Image control.
- the name of a variable of type Image.
- the name of a variable of type WDPic. Only the background layer will be handled.
- the name of a variable of type picLayer.
The symmetry is performed in relation to the median vertical axis of the control or of the image. The image is directly modified. Remarks End of drawing If dEndDrawing and dVerticalSymmetry are called in the same process, the image changes will not be displayed.
