Overview

The description window of a combining query consists of several sections. This description window is used to:

change the queries used in the query.
modify the query execution order.
Reminder: The items displayed in the result of the combining query correspond to the items of the first query run.
view the query in SQL code or in natural language.
manage the "duplicate" records.
sort the records.

This description window is displayed:

when creating a Select query.
Reminder: To create a query:
- Click in the quick access buttons.
- The creation window appears: click "Queries".
from a combining query displayed in the query editor ("Query description" in the context menu of the query).

Description window of a combining query

This section of the description window of query mainly lists the different items that can be used in the query.


	List of select queries that can be used in the combining query. Remark: To select several queries, keep the Ctrl key down.
	Used to add or delete the selected queries to/from the combining query.
	List of queries used in the combining query. These queries are displayed in their execution order.
	Modifies the query execution order.
	Used to keep or delete the duplicated records (duplicates) from the result of the combining query.
	List of result items for the combining query. Reminder: These items correspond to the items from the first query run.
	Used to perform or cancel the sort on a query item.
	Displays: the combining query in natural language. the SQL code corresponding to the combining query.
