Asynchronously retrieves the current selection from an HTML Editor control.

Remark: This function is particularly useful for Android and iOS applications for which the Selection WLanguage property is not available in read-only mode.

Syntax

HTMLEditorGetSelection(<HTML Editor control> , <WLanguage procedure>)

<HTML Editor control>: Control name

Name of the HTML Editor control used.

<WLanguage procedure>: Procedure name

WLanguage procedure ("callback") executed once the selection has been retrieved. This procedure has the following format:

PROCEDURE <Procedure name>(MySelection is edtHtmlSelection)

where <MySelection> is an edtHTMLSelection variable that corresponds to the current selection in the HTML Editor control.
