Finds an XML namespace from its URI (Universal Resource Identifier) in a node and in the parents of this node.
Example
gcXMLDocument is xmlDocument

Syntax
<Result> = <Source node>.FindNamespaceByURI(<URI>)
<Result>: xmlNamespace variable
xmlNamespace variable corresponding to the namespace of sought URI.
<Source node>: xmlNode variable
Name the xmlNode variable that corresponds to the node of the XML document from which the namespace must be searched.
<URI>: Unicode string
URI of the namespace to find.
