Syntax
<Result> = grSunburstGetData(<Chart name> , <Section path>)
<Result>: Real
  • Value to retrieve.
  • 0 if the path is invalid or if the section contains no data.
<Chart name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of chart to use. This name corresponds to:
  • the chart name defined by programming with grCreate.
  • the name of Chart control found in the window editor, page editor or report editor.
<Section path>: Character string
Full path of the section whose value must be retrieved. This parameter has the following format:
"<Name of base level>" + TAB + ["<Name of 1st level>" + TAB + ...
["<Name of last level>" + TAB + [...]]]"<Section name>"
Remarks
  • To retrieve data from a Stock chart, it is recommended to use grStockGetData.
  • To retrieve data from a Surface chart, it is recommended to use grSurfaceGetData.
  • To retrieve data from another type of chart (Pie, Column, Line, etc.), we recommend that you use grGetData.
  • Versions 21 and later
    To retrieve data from a Heatmap chart, it is recommended to use grHMGetData.
