Stored procedures
Configures how the axes are displayed in Line or Column charts. The axis can:
  • be visible,
  • be invisible,
  • display only the label.
Linux Caution: A specific configuration is required to use this function in Linux. For more details, see The charts.

grAxisVisible(CHART_Chart1, grXCoordinate, grInvisible)
// or for compatibility
// grAxisVisible(CHART_Chart1, grXCoordinate, False)
Syntax
grAxisVisible(<Chart name> , <Type of axis> , <Visible>)
<Chart name>: Control name or character string
Name of the chart to be used. This name corresponds to:
  • the chart name defined through programming with grCreate.
  • the name of the Chart control in the window, page or report editor.
Android Only Chart controls are available.
PHP Only the interactive Chart controls are available.
<Type of axis>: Integer constant
Axis to use:
grXCoordinateX-axis.
grYCoordinateY-axis.
<Visible>: Integer constant
Axis display mode:
grInvisibleThe axis becomes invisible.
For backward compatibility, you can also use <Visible> = False.
grLabelOnlyOnly the labels of the axis are visible.
AndroidPHP Not available.
grVisibleThe axis becomes visible.
For backward compatibility, you can also use <Visible> = True.
Remarks
  • If the axis of Y-coordinates is invisible, the axis of secondary Y-coordinates is also invisible.
  • The parameters defined by grAxisVisible will be taken into account during the next call to grDraw.
