Configures the isolation mode of transactions for a connection to an HFSQL server.
Depending on the mode selected, an application that performs reading operations will have access or not to the data being modified in a transaction by another application, or another instance of the same application.

Syntax
<Result> = HTransactionIsolation(<Connection> , <Isolation mode>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the isolation level was implemented,
  • False if an error occurred. HErrorInfo is used to identify the error.
<Connection>: Character string (with or without quotes) or Connection variable
Connection to an HFSQL server. This connection corresponds to:
<Isolation mode>: Integer constant
Selected isolation mode:
hReadCommittedOther users can only view completed transactions.
hReadUncommittedOther users can view incomplete transactions.
hRepeatableReadThe application in transaction sees a snapshot of the database when the transaction starts.
