Converts a character string corresponding to an hexadecimal number into an unsigned integer.
Example
Res is unsigned int
Res = HexaToInt("1F")
// Returns an unsigned 4-byte integer containing the value 31.

Res = HexaToInt("FF")
// Returns an unsigned 4-byte integer containing the value 255.
Syntax
<Result> = HexaToInt(<Hexadecimal String>)
<Result>: Integer
Conversion result. This result corresponds to an unsigned 4-byte integer. In case of overflow, it can correspond to an 8-byte integer or to a numeric.
<Hexadecimal String>: Character string (with quotes)
Hexadecimal string that must be converted into integer.
