Overview
You can use check models to easily create checks. These models define the check schedule settings.
When you create a check, instead of configuring the schedule individually, you can simply select the corresponding check model.
Management of check models
To manage the different check models, go to the RobotMonitor menu, "Categories and checks" group and click "Check model".
Here is the check management window:
This window is used to:
  • Create a new model,
  • Edit a model.
  • See the checks associated with a model.
  • Delete a model.

Create a model

To create a new model:
  1. Click "Add a new model. The fields in the window are cleared.
  2. Specify the different characteristics of the model:
    • Model name: This name will be used in the check description to select the desired schedule options.
    • Interval between two checks: Interval between two executions of the check. For example, if the interval is set to 2 hours, the check will be run every 2 hours.
    • Number of attempts: Number of times the check is restarted before it is considered as failed.
    • Wait between two attempts: Tests are launched every two minutes. The time between two attempts must not exceed 2 minutes (120 seconds).
    • Time slots for execution: Period of time to run the check. To run the check throughout the day, the start time must be "00:00" and the end time "23:59".
    • Execution days: Days of the week when the check is to be run.
  3. Click "Validate". The check model is automatically created. It is added to the list of models and can be associated with a check.

Edit a model
