- Customizing the window for automatic indexing
H.VisibleAutoIndexing (Variable) In french: H.RéindexationAutomatiqueVisible
Not available with these kinds of connection
Indicates whether the indexing window must be displayed during the automatic reindexing of HFSQL data files. Remark: No matter whether the indexing window is displayed or not, the current application cannot be used during the re-index operation. Remarks Value of H.VisibleAutoIndexing - By default, the H.VisibleAutoIndexing variable is set to True: the indexing window will be displayed during the automatic re-index operation.
- If H.VisibleAutoIndexing is set to False, the indexing window will be invisible.
Caution: If a lock error occurs during the reindex operation (when the data file or a record found in the data file is locked in read/write for example), the automatic re-indexing is stopped and a fatal error (corrupted index) is displayed. Then, you will have to reindex the data file. Customizing the window for automatic indexing The window for automatic indexing is supplied in French and in English. This window can be customized.
