ceXRes (Function)

In french: ceXRes

Returns the horizontal resolution of the screen on the Mobile Device (Pocket PC) connected to the current computer.

Note: ceXRes can be used only if a connection is established between the current computer and the Mobile device (ceConnect).

Example

// Horizontal resolution of the screen on the Mobile device connected to the current computer
HorizRes = ceXRes()

Syntax

<Result> = ceXRes()

<Result>: Integer

Horizontal resolution of the screen on the Mobile device connected to the current computer.

Remarks

The operating mode of ceXRes is equivalent to the operating mode of SysXRes.

The only difference is:

ceXRes returns the vertical resolution of the screen on the Mobile Device from a WINDEV application.
SysXRes returns the horizontal resolution of the screen on the Mobile Device only from a WINDEV Mobile application.

How to browse local help?

All you have to do is configure your product as follows:

Select "Tools .. Options .. General options of …".
In the "Help" tab, select "Use the local help database" and specify (if necessary) the path of the "Help" directory of your product.
Validate. The help used by default will be the local help installed on your computer.
