Syntax
<Result> = dbgEnableAssert([<Activation>])
<Result>: Boolean
If <Activation> is not specified, <Result> corresponds to the current behavior:
  • <Result> = True if the assertive programming is enabled,
  • <Result> = False if assertive programming is disabled.
If the <Activation> parameter is specified, <Result> corresponds to the old behavior:
  • <Result> = True if the assertive programming is enabled,
  • <Result> = False if assertive programming is disabled.
<Activation>: Optional boolean
  • True to enable the assertive programming,
  • False to disable it (default value).
Remarks
  • In test mode, the assertive programming is enabled by default.
  • At run time, the assertive programming is disabled by default.
  • If the JITc mode is enabled (default mode), this function must be called in the initialization code of the project. See JITc technology for more details.
