..Group is used to:
  • find out whether the control belongs to a group of controls. If the control belongs to one or more groups, ..Group is used to identify these groups of controls.
Reminder: The association between a control and a group of controls is performed in the editor during the control description ("GUI" tab, "Group" button).

Syntax

Finding out the name of the group associated with a control Hide the details

<Group name> = <Control name>..Group
<Group name>: Character string
  • Name of the groups to which the control belongs. If the control belongs to several groups, the names of the different groups are separated by a comma (for example: GROUP1, GROUP2).
  • Empty string ("") if the control belongs to no group.
<Control name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of the control for which the groups must be found.
Remarks
..Group only applies to:
  • Reports and Queries the report controls.
