Syntax
<Result> = <Connection>.TransactionSavepoint(<Savepoint name>)
<Result>: Boolean - True if the savepoint has been created,
- False if a problem occurs. HErrorInfo returns more details about the error.
<Connection>: Connection variable Name of the Connection variable that describes the connection to an HFSQL server. <Savepoint name>: Character string Savepoint name. Remark: The name of the savepoint cannot start with "#". Remarks - This function must be used in a transaction.
- The corresponding SQL statement can also be used: "SAVEPOINT identifier".
- This function is not available:
- on HFSQL files in cluster mode,
- with files handled via a Native Connector.
