Used to immediately start the automatic server update. The users will be disconnected during this operation.

Syntax
<Result> = <Connection>.StartServerUpdate([<Version>])
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the operation was performed,
  • False if a problem occurred.
HErrorInfo is used to identify the error.
<Connection>: Connection variable
Name of the Connection variable that describes the connection to use for the server update.
<Version>: Optional character string
Version for which the update must be performed (for example: "240036"). By default, the latest available update is used if this parameter is not specified.
Remarks
The update server (containing the pack for updating the HFSQL server) can be defined by <Connection variable>.ManageServerUpdate.
