<Result> = StringInsert(<Initial string> , <String to insert> , <Insertion position>)
<Result>: Character string Character string into which the string was inserted at the specified position. <Initial string>: Character string or Buffer Character string into which another string will be inserted.
CAUTION: This string will not be modified. <String to insert>: Character string or Buffer String to be inserted into <Initial string>. <Insertion position>: Integer Position at which <String to insert> will be added.- If the specified position is negative, the string will be inserted at the beginning of the initial string.
- If the specified position is greater than the length of the initial string, the string will be inserted at the end of the initial string.
