Indicates whether a menu option exists in a menu.
Example
// If the option does not exist yet
IF MenuExist(MyMenu, "OpenCustomer" + ID) = False THEN
// Add the option
MenuAddOption(MyMenu, "OpenCustomer" + ID, "Open the form" + ID, OpenForm, ID)

Syntax
<Result> = MenuExist(<Menu> , <Menu option>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the menu option exists,
  • False otherwise.
Caution: The search is not recursive: if the menu contains a sub-menu that contains the option, <Result> will be set to False.
<Menu>: Menu name
Name of the menu or name of the popup menu where the search will be performed.
<Menu option>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of the menu option to find.
