Reads the last appointment in a Lotus Notes or Outlook calendar.

Session ID to be used. This identifier is returned by EmailStartNotesSession, EmailStartOutlookSession, NotesOpenDatabase or OutlookStartSession.

The mAppointment.Out variable allows you to find out whether there is a current appointment.
