Adds an element to a memory area.
Example
// Adds the value of the Customer.Name item to "MemArea"
// The returned value will be the record number of this item
MemAdd("MemArea", Customer.Name, HRecNum(Customer))
Syntax
MemAdd(<Memory area> , <Added value> , <Return value>)
<Memory area>: Character string
Name of the memory area, defined by MemCreate.
<Added value>: Character string, integer or real
Value added to the memory area (maximum size: 65521 bytes). This value corresponds to the sort argument used by MemSort. This value is returned by MemKeyVal.
<Return value>: Character string
Value that will be returned by MemRetrieve or MemSetPosition.
Remarks

Existence of memory area

The existence of the memory zone is not checked.
If the specified memory area does not exist, a WLanguage error occurs when MemAdd is used.
To check the existence of a memory area, use MemExist.

Sorting the elements

The element added to the memory area is not sorted. To sort the entire memory area, use MemSort.
