Overview
The contributors correspond to the persons taking part in one or more projects.
The management of contributors is used to:
  • create a contributor.
  • modify a contributor (to grant him administrator rights for example)
  • deleting a contributor.
These operations can be performed by an administrator only (the login and the password correspond to "ADMIN" by default).
The contributors are managed from the list of contributors, displayed via "Management .. Manage the contributors".

Adding a contributor

To add a contributor:
  1. Select "Management .. Management of contributors" to display the list of contributors.Expand Menu of Project Monitoring Center and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
  2. Click the "New contributor" button.
  3. Specify the requested information in the window for contributor creation:

    The main information is as follows:
    • Login and password: allows the contributor to identify himself when starting the Control Center.
    • The "Administrator" rights are granted to this user: allows you to grant administrator rights to a contributor. Only an administrator can access this option. This option is grayed for the other users.
  4. Validate.
Note: When a new user identifies himself in the login window of WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV Mobile, you have the ability to automatically add this new user.

Modifying a contributor

To modify a contributor:
  1. Select "Management .. Management of contributors" to display the list of contributors.Expand Menu of Project Monitoring Center and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
  2. Select the contributor to modify.
  3. Click the "Display the contributor" button.
  4. Modify the requested information.
  5. Validate.
Note: Only an administrator or the contributor himself is allowed to modify his form.

Deleting a contributor

To delete a contributor:
  1. Select "Management .. Management of contributors" to display the list of contributors.Expand Menu of Project Monitoring Center and select "Contributors" to display the list of contributors.
  2. Select the contributor to delete.
  3. Click the "Delete the contributor" button.
Note: Only an administrator can delete a contributor.
