Overview
The categories are used to classify the different documents found in the Document Management Center.
The different categories are represented in a tree structure. Therefore, you have the ability to create sub-categories.
You can:
  • Create a new category.
  • Rename a category.
  • Delete a category.
How to proceed?

Creating a category

To create a category:
  1. In the treeview of categories, position yourself at the location where the new category will be created.
  2. Click the "New category" button.
The category is directly added into the treeview. It is in edit mode in order for its name to be modified.

Renaming a category

To rename a category:
  1. Select the category in the treeview of categories.
  2. Click the "Rename the selected category" button.
The selected category is in edit mode in order for its name to be modified.

Deleting a category

To delete a category:
  1. Select the category in the tree structure.
  2. Use the right mouse click to display the popup menu.
  3. Choose "Delete".
