How to install WDTRAD?
WDTRAD is automatically installed along with WDMSG and/or WDINT.
To install WDTRAD only, install and run "InstallWDTRAD.EXE" (found on the setup CD of WDMSG or WDINT).
Notes
  • The dictionary supplied with WDTRAD is automatically installed by default. To use another dictionary, you must also supply the "Dictionary" sub-directory containing the modified dictionary.
  • If the messages found in your application must be translated by an external company, the files containing the messages to translate must also be supplied to this company:
    • a text file,
    • the HFSQL data file (.fic, .ndx and.mmo files),
    • Versions 20 and later
      the wdmsg file.

  • Once the translation is completed, the files containing the translated messages must be retrieved. These files must be checked in by WDMSG or WDINT.
  • The language used by WDTRAD must be specified during the first start of WDTRAD. This language can be changed at any time in WDTRAD ("?.. Language").
