// Transposed matrix
ResTranspose = MatTranspose("MyMatrix", "MyTransposedMatrix")
Syntax
<Result> = MatTranspose(<Name of Matrix to Transpose> , <Name of Transposed Matrix>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the transposed matrix was calculated,
  • False otherwise. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo associated with the errMessage constant.
<Name of Matrix to Transpose>: Character string (with quotes)
Name of the matrix to transpose, defined by MatCreate.
<Name of Transposed Matrix>: Character string (with quotes)
Name of the transposed matrix, automatically created when calculating the transposed matrix.
Remarks

Existence of the transposed matrix

The matrix existence is not checked. This matrix is overwritten if it existed beforehand. To check the matrix existence, use MatExist.

Identical matrices

A WLanguage error occurs if <Name of Matrix to Transpose> and <Name of Transposed Matrix> are identical.
