Stops one or more detections of Beacon tags in background. These detections have started by BeaconDetectBackground.

<Result>: Boolean
  • True if all the detections have been stopped,
  • False otherwise. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo.

<Result> = BeaconStopBackgroundDetection(<Group of Beacon Tags>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the detection was stopped,
  • False otherwise. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo.
<Group of Beacon Tags>: beaconGroup variable
Name of beaconGroup variable corresponding to the group of Beacon tags whose detection must be stopped.

Deleting several detections in background Hide the details

<Result> = BeaconStopBackgroundDetection(<Array of Groups of Tags>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the detection was stopped,
  • False otherwise. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo.
<Array of Groups of Tags>: Array of beaconGroup variables
Name of array of beaconGroup variables corresponding to the groups of Beacon tags whose detection must be stopped.

Necessary version

The functions for managing Beacon tags are available for the devices running an Android version greater than or equal to version 4.3 (api level 18).
A fatal error will occur if the function is used with an earlier system version.
To find out the version of Android system on which the application is run, use SysAndroidVersion.
