The WebAddress type is used to define the advanced characteristics of a site address as well as its type (custom page, blog, ftp, etc.). The characteristics of this site address can be defined and modified by several WLanguage properties.
This type of variable is used by the Contact variables.

Properties specific to the description of WebAddress variables

The following properties can be used to handle a site address:
Property nameType usedEffect
AddressCharacter stringWeb address.
LabelCharacter stringLabel for the custom types of addresses (optional).
If ..Type does not correspond to the webCustom constant, the value of this property will be ignored.
TypeInteger constant
Android Type of Web address:
  • webOther: other type.
  • webWork: address of a professional site.
  • webFTP: address of a FTP site.
  • webCustom: custom type corresponding to the value of ..Label.
  • webPersonalSite: address of a personal site.
iPhone/iPad Type of Web address:
  • webCustom: custom type corresponding to the value of ..Label.
  • webPersonalSite: address of a personal site.
Universal Windows 10 App Type of Web address:
  • webOther: other type.

Note: These properties can be used with one of the following syntaxes:
  • <Variable Name>..<Property Name>
  • <Variable Name>.<Property Name>

Reinitialization

To reinitialize the content of a WebAddress variable, you have the ability to use VariableReset.
