The gglAdWCampaign type is used to describe a Google AdWords advertising campaign. The characteristics of this campaign can be defined and modified by several WLanguage properties.

Properties specific to the description of gglAdWCampaign variables

The following properties can be used to handle an AdWords campaign:

  • "AllPlacements": Targeting by keywords.
  • "SelectedPlacements": Targeting by location

StartDateCharacter stringStart day of the campaign. This property must use the "YYYY-MM-DD" format. For example, "2008-05-25".
EndDateCharacter stringEnd day of the campaign. This property must use the "YYYY-MM-DD" format. For example, "2008-05-30".
StateString constantCurrent status of the campaign.
The values available in write mode are:
  • gglActive: The campaign is active.
  • gglPaused: The campaign is paused.
  • gglDeleted: The campaign is deleted.
The values available in read mode are:
  • gglEnded: The campaign has ended.
  • gglSuspended: The campaign is suspended.
  • gglPending: The campaign is pending.
GeoTargetinggglAdWGeoTargetParameters for geographical targeting.
IdentifierCharacter stringIdentifier of the campaign. This property is available in read-only.
BudgetAmountIntegerAmount of daily budget allocated to the campaign. This amount is expressed in micro-units of currency. To be valid, the amount must be a multiple of the smallest division of the currency. For example, in Euros, the minimum amount is set to 10000, which corresponds to 1 centime of Euros.
NameCharacter stringName of the campaign.
BudgetOptimizergglAdWBudgetOptimizerSettingsParameters for setting the budget optimizer. This property is not compatible with the use of a schedule.
ConversionOptimizergglAdWConversionOptimizerSettingsParameters for setting the conversion optimizer. This property is not compatible with the use of a schedule.
BudgetPeriodCharacter stringPeriod during which the budget is allocated.
This property is available in read-only. The possible values are:
  • "Daily": Amount allocated per day.
  • "Monthly": Amount allocated per month (available in some special cases only).
SchedulegglAdWAdScheduleParameters for scheduling the ads (not compatible with the budget and conversion optimizations).
Note: These properties can be handled by using one of the following syntaxes:
  • <Variable Name>..<Property Name>
  • <Variable Name>.<Property Name>
